Q. What is in Soy-Yer Dough? 
A. Soy-Yer Dough contains Rice, Corn and Soy products, however we do offer a Soy-FREE version of our dough for those whom are allergic to soy products. Both versions of Soy-Yer Dough are Gluten Free, Non-Toxic, and Vegan friendly!
Soy-Yer Dough does not contain the following allergens or toxins:
- Does not contain Borax
- Does not contain Latex
- Does not contain Dairy
- Does not contain Egg
- Does not contain Gluten
- Does not contain Peanut & Tree Nut
- Does not contain Kerosene
Q. What if I cannot tolerate SOY products?
A. We do offer an alternative to Soy-Yer Dough that is 100% Soy-FREE, non-toxic, gluten free, and vegan friendly! Just click Soy-FREE during checkout. (Soy-FREE is located at the right of each product, please click before you add your product to your shopping cart.)
Q. Does Soy-Yer Dough contain the fruits? For example, does blue/blueberry actually contain blueberry?
A. Soy-Yer Dough does NOT contain any fruits. The fun scent comes from alternative scents and NOT from fruits.
Q. Your product looks amazing but will my kids ruin my carpet with it? A. Clean up with Soy-Yer Dough is easy! We have made a video showing you what happens if it accidentally gets smashed into your carpet. You can view the video when looking at the Variety Pack. We do not recommend play on carpet this is just a demonstration video.
Q. Does Soy-Yer Dough work in other dough toys? A. YES!!! Soy-Yer Dough works in all modeling dough toys!
Q. Where do I order?
A. You can find us online or in hundreds of stores across the world!
Q. How do I order Soy-FREE?
A. During checkout there is a selection button for you to select Soy-FREE. Soy-FREE is located at the right of each product, please click before you add your product to your shopping cart.
Q. How long does shipping take? Will I receive a tracking number?
A. All products normally ship within 3-5 business days. You will be notified via email with your shipment tracking number. You will be notified if your order will take longer than 3-5 business days. If you order any customized products (custom labels) your order may take longer to process and ship.
**Please note that we do reserve the right to ship your package through a different carrier. For instance if you select UPS and we ship your product on the 5th business day after you ordered we will ship it priority through USPS so you will receive your package within normally two days after we ship your order. If we choose to ship your package through a different carrier there will NEVER be added charges to your order.
